Sr. A/R Associate
Job Description:
- Working with multiple EMR & Billing Systems
- Run an AR report weekly for each client’s account
- Calling insurance companies in the US to follow-up on claims
- Perform analysis for days in A/R
- Responsible for supervising the team to work on assigned claims
- Train new joiners in the process
- Audit work assigned to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
- Work with other departments of the RCM process to identify, recommend and implement process improvement
- Perform any other duties as required to support the organization or team
Job Requirement:
- Should have 1-2 years experience in US healthcare A/R voice process
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, inspire and build relationships with people at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fresher can apply. Training applicable.
