Sr. A/R Associate

Job Description:

  • Working with multiple EMR & Billing Systems
  • Run an AR report weekly for each client’s account
  • Calling insurance companies in the US to follow-up on claims
  • Perform analysis for days in A/R
  • Responsible for supervising the team to work on assigned claims
  • Train new joiners in the process
  • Audit work assigned to ensure quality and productivity targets are met
  • Work with other departments of the RCM process to identify, recommend and implement process improvement
  • Perform any other duties as required to support the organization or team

Job Requirement:

  • Should have 1-2 years experience in US healthcare A/R voice process
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, inspire and build relationships with people at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fresher can apply. Training applicable.
