Job Description:

• Communicate with insurance companies for the purpose of collecting and documenting information necessary to financially clear patients’ eligibility, authorization, benefits, and calculate patient liability
• Ensure all notifications and authorizations are completed within the required timeframe
• Ensure all demographic information entered in the PMS is correct
• Notifies practitioners and/or clinics of any financial responsibility for services provided and requested services that are not covered by the insurance

Job Requirement:

• Fluent verbal communication abilities in the English language
• Basic working knowledge of computers
• Willingness to work continuously on night shifts
• College degree preferred
