Job Requirement:
- MBA degree with specialisation in Human Resources (HR).
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or performance management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
