Job Description:
As a QA Automation Engineer at DentTracks, you will play a key role in building and maintaining our automated testing frameworks to ensure a seamless and secure user experience. You’ll be responsible for testing workflows across claims, billing, eligibility, and patient communication, while driving quality at every stage of development. This role demands hands-on expertise in automation tools, CI/CD integration, and performance monitoring, along with a strong focus on HIPAA compliance.
Your Mission:
Design cutting-edge automated testing frameworks to ensure our platform runs smooth, from eligibility checks to claims, billing, and patient communications, while keeping HIPAA compliance at the core.
Your Job:
- Build & maintain automation (Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Mocha, k6).
- Ensure flawless end-to-end user journeys with regression & load testing.
- Integrate into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo Rollouts).
- Monitor Core Web Vitals & API performance.
- Champion a shift-left testing culture in our Agile team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of QA automation (SaaS/Healthcare preferred).
- Strong skills in UI, API, and performance testing tools.
- Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant test data handling.
- Team spirit, detail-orientation, and bug-busting passion.
